Specializing in buyer representation, listing services/seller representation, commercial real estate, and notary services, I bring a wealth of experience and commitment to excellence in property management. As a life-long resident of the area, I obtained my New Hampshire Real Estate license in Spring 2016 and started my real estate career at Badger Realty and expanded my reach to Maine, earning my license in May 2020. Demonstrating my dedication to professional growth, I successfully passed my Brokers exam in 2021 and assumed the role of Managing Broker in September 2021. Leading me to opening my own company, A House To Home Realty serving Coos County and Northern Carroll and Grafton Counties, as well as western Maine.
My journey in property management spans Jackson, Conway, and Berlin, where I found genuine enjoyment in helping individuals navigate the complexities of real estate. Building on my background in Property Management, I recognized that obtaining a real estate license was a natural progression to further contribute to fulfilling people’s dreams of homeownership. Bringing strong interpersonal skills to this new endeavor, I draw on 26 years of experience as a Program Director at Northern Human Services, coupled with a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Springfield College in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a proud mother of two adult daughters and have been actively involved in numerous local nonprofits for many years. Currently, I sit on the Community Impact Committee for the Northern Region of Granite United Way, having previously served on the Board of Directors. My community involvement extends to roles such as committee member and team captain for the Relay for Life and service on the Gorham High School Chem-Free committee. In recognition of my dedication, I was honored with the Volunteer of the Year award for Granite United Way in 2014.
Presently, I contribute to the Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce as President of the Board of Directors and serve as a Supervisor of the Checklist for Dummer. My multifaceted background, coupled with a passion for community service, positions me as a realtor dedicated to not only meeting your real estate needs but also making a positive impact in the community.
